Mr. Beaty is the largest shareholder of Lumina Metals Corp. He is a geologist and entrepreneur, and a prominent figure in the mining and renewable energy industries with over 45 years of experience. Mr Beaty was the founder and former Chairman of Pan American Silver Corp and the founder and current Chairman of Equinox Gold Corp. He also founded Alterra Power Corp,a renewable energy company that was acquired by Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. Over the years, he has earned numerous awards for his work, including the prestigious Order of Canada, recognizing his contributions to sustainable mining and environmental philanthropy.

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Mr. Pandoff has extensive experience in the metals and mining industry. Prior to joining Lumina Metals Corp, he was a senior executive at Glencore plc for nearly 10 years, where he led Group Business Development activities and global investments for one of the world’s largest natural resource companies. He also served as a Director and Chairman of Base Core Metals (sold to Sandstorm Gold for US$525M in 2022) and led the formation of the MARA copper project in Argentina. Mr. Pandoff began his career at BMO Capital Markets and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Braaten is a lawyer and a seasoned mining executive with over 35 years of experience. He is the Vice President - Legal of Lumina Metals Corp and a founding director of Ero Copper Corp. Mr. Braaten joined the Lumina group of companies in 2008 and assisted in the creation of Alterra Power Corp., a renewable energy company. He was previously a director of Lumina Gold Corp. Luminex Resources Corp, Anfield Gold Corp and Lumina Royalty Corp. Mr. Braaten is a member of the Law Societies of BC and the Yukon.

Mr. Speczik is a renowned professor of geology. He served as Director General of the Polish Geological Institute from 1994 to 2000, and later as CEO of KGHM and Deputy Minister of the State Treasury. Head of Exploration & Senior Advisor to Ross Beaty.

Mr. Napierała has over 15 years of experience in mining spanning both technical and corporate domains. He led mining projects across Europe, North and South America, across the full lifecycle from early exploration and feasibility to mine development, operations, and closure. Mr. Napierała held senior roles within the KGHM Group. He also served as VP at World Copper Ltd. He holds a Master’s degree from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
